You?ll have a better appreciation of the natural wonders you?ll find underground, including but not limited to cave popcorns and box work, the latter of which is a unique formation made of thin honeycomb-shaped calcite fins.

Besides spelunking, visitors may also enjoy horseback riding and hiking trails within the premises of the South Dakota Wind Cave National Park. There are also accommodations available for those who wish to stay or camp overnight.
