The Big Hill Pond State Park is a state park and recreation area in Pocahontas, Tennessee. It features about five thousand acres of land area, offering a wide selection of things to see and do.

Named after the Big Hill Pond, which was created in 1853 in order to build a levee across the Cypress Creek and the Tuscumbia River, the Big Hill Pond State Park now features a vast natural area forested with timberland and hardwood bottomland. It offers the scenic Dismal swamp, accessed through the Boardwalk, a 70 feet tall Observation Tower that presents great views of the Travis McNatt Lake and the Dismal Swap, and the Civil War Earthworks or the railroad guard post build by Union Soldiers. Visitors can also enjoy wildlife viewing, camping, boating, fishing, camping, hiking, picnicking, and horseback riding.
