A Memphis trip is never complete unless you visit Graceland. Elvis fan or not, this former estate where the King of Rock ?n Roll lived has been transformed into a prime tourist spot. It houses Elvis Presley?s costumes, personal things, cars and private jet collections, his awards, trophies and commemorative records. People who want to tour Graceland can choose from three self-guided tour packages of the mansion and other exhibits dedicated to Elvis Presley.

Graceland used to be just a huge white columned house in Memphis, Tennessee until Presley bought it and turned it into his home. Five years after he died in 1977, the house was opened to the community as a museum. Years after, it was registered as a historic place and was recently acknowledged as a National Historic Landmark in 2006. Second to the White House, Graceland has become one of the most visited private residences in the US.
