The Justin P. Wilson Cumberland Trail State Park is a unique Tennessee State Park unit that covers areas of up to 11 counties in the state. Being the only linear park in Tennessee, it offers 400miles of area, from the Tennessee-Virginia-Kentucky border at the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park to the Signal Point in Chattanooga.

The Justin P. Wilson Cumberland Trail State Park features the Cumberland Trail, which is a hiking trail that follows a line of ridges and gorges along the Cumberland Plateau. However, since it is relatively new (only created in 1998), 150 miles of it are only available today.

Development of the Justin P. Wilson Cumberland Trail State Park is still ongoing, but it is already open to the public.
