The tagline of the Lane Motor Museum is ?unique cars from A to Z? and rightly so. Although its facilities can only accommodate approximately a hundred cars on display, the museum actually owns triple that number but which are instead stored in its underground workshop. There, cars are in different levels of repair, remodeling and restoration. Cars that can be driven are indeed driven, which is why the museum tends to be a huge favorite among passionate automobile enthusiasts.

Founded by Jeff Lane in 2002, the museum is one of the few that specializes in collecting and preserving European cars. Its collection is currently housed in a 132,000 sq. ft. facility that used to serve as the Sunbeam Bakery, which opened in 1951. In those days, the bakery was the biggest in the area as well as having the most advanced design and equipment. Today, visitors may still view many of the original architectural features of the bakery like its high ceilings, maple wood flooring and hand-crafted bricks ? all of which are a beautiful complement to the vintage cars in the museum?s collection.
