The Montgomery Bell State Park is a state park and recreation area in Burns, Tennessee. It is also quite a historic site, being the location where the first Cumberland Presbyterian Church was established.

Located a few miles east of Dickson, the Montgomery Bell Stat Park was one of the recreation demonstration parks created by the Works Progress Administration and the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. It was initially called as the Montgomery Bell Recreational Demonstration Area, named after the iron industrialist Montgomery Bell. The site was also once a mining site, where iron ore was produced.

Today, the Montgomery Bell State Park offers a lot of recreational opportunities to its visitors. It has facilities for boating, camping, picnicking, and boating. There are also a good amount of nature trails for hiking and biking. There’s also a restaurant, meeting facility, and lodging at the park.
