The Mousetail Landing State Park is a state park and recreation area in Linden, Tennessee. It features the stunning and picturesque Western valley.

Located in the east banks of the Tennessee River, the Mousetail Landing is one of the more recent additions to the Tennessee State Parks system being only established in 1986. It is possibly named after an event during the Civil War when a tannery filled with mice caught fire. This caused the mice to flee the structure to the direction of the river landing.

Today, the park offers a good number of recreational opportunities including camping, fishing, hiking, picnicking, boating, and swimming. There are also other facilities like playgrounds, an archery range, volleyball and basketball courts, and areas for horseshoeing.
