The Burger?s Lake is one of the major summer destinations for local and foreign tourists in Texas. Its 30-acre park area offers variety of activities for park goers. It includes the popular one-acre spring-fed lake which is very much suitable for swimming activities.

The spring-fed lake has a sandy bottom while its hundred gallons of water are filtered and chlorinated safely for swimming activities. A 20-foot slide is also located beside the lake. There is also a trapeze which creates the fun of swinging and submerges into the clear water of the lake. A number of diving boards, including a specific diving board for babies, are also available.

Burger?s Lake has two sandy beaches for people who want to enjoy the ambiance of sea and sand. There are lots of trees all over the park which gives a refreshing and cooler environment. People are afforded a chance to utilize any of the 300 sets of picnic tables located in different areas of the park. It also offers charcoal grills, though, in a first come first served basis since it is limited in 185 units only. These charcoal grills allow the park goers to cook foods like barbecue, hotdogs, and burgers. Another amenity in the park is a volleyball court with fine sands and grass.

A group reservation is allowed in the park if the minimum number reaches 25 persons. A schedule should be made at least within two days before the date of the activity. As part of the Burger?s Lake?s rules and regulations, neither pets nor alcoholic beverages are allowed within the vicinity of the park.
