The Gruene Hall is located in Gruene, which is pronounced simply as ‘green’ and was designated by the state government as a historic town. The Gruene Hall was completed in the 1880’s and at that time was the premier venue for the most star-studded social gatherings in the area. Throughout its history, the Gruene Hall was considered as well as one of the top venues for concerts for country music artists and other performers, which include the likes of Lyle Lovett and George Strait.
