The Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame is a museum located in Fort Worth, Texas intended to commemorate and pay tribute to the ?cowboys and cowgirls of the Lone Star State.? It features personalities who excelled in the field of rodeo business and sports. Though there are some exhibits which highlight both cowboys and cowgirls, most of the collections are cowboy-oriented since there is a separate cowgirl museum also in Fort Worth?s Cultural District.

One of the museum?s main attractions is the Sterquelle Wagon Collection. It is considered as the world?s largest collection of wagons. It includes more than 60 wagons, buggies, and sleighs collected as early as 1750. Some of these wagons are Governess Cart, Back-to-Back Trap Wagon, a four-sitter Bob Sleigh, Market Wagon, and Sicilian Cart.

The museum also includes an exhibit called Applewhite-Clark. It features famous Texas icons who have significant contributions in Republic of Texas to gain its independency. Another museum?s exhibit is the John Justin Trail of Fame which displays original artifacts and items of Justin since he started his business in rodeo. The history of rodeo sports and business including the cowboy alphabet, and wagons are arranged in the exhibit called Adventure of the Cowboy Trail.

The Cowboy Trail includes cattle drive service during the spring season.

Other exhibits in the museum are Chisholm Trail Exhibit, Amon G. Carter Cadillac, and Zigrang Bit Collection. The museum also offers different tour packages such as Buckaroo Tour for school-aged children, Silver Boots tour for seniors, Stockman Tour for adults, as well as family package and group tours.
