“Remember the Alamo!”

It was once a former Roman Catholic mission used by the Spanish Empire missionaries during the 18th century for the education of the converted Native Americans. It was later captured by the Mexican Army and used as a fort. The fort was captured by the Texian Army, which culminated in the historic battle.

The Alamo fort has become synonymous with bravery and dedication to freedom. At present, the fort stands as a museum and a memorial. It attracts over four million visitors each year, making it one of the most visited historic sites in the US.
