The US Open Snowkite Masters is an event that is one of a kind, successfully inviting about a hundred snowkiters from North Carolina and down to Tahiti. It is one weekend filled with free rides, races and other freestyling exhibitions. It welcomes a lot of snowboarders and skiers alike to join since the registration fee is free.

This is the formal leg for the North American section for the overall Snowkite Masters series that serve as host to the US Open. What is up for grabs would be the National Champion Titles. This event is considered to be one of the respectable snow events in the country. It is held in time with the biggest snow fall with the comeback of Chasta which is the original events organizer.
