The Brattleboro Museum is situated right in the ancient Union Railroad Station. It is considered as a non-collecting museum for contemporary art and it features non-permanent exhibits. All these are done by artists acclaimed in the local and international level. Some of their noted few artists featured whose works of art were put on display were Jennifer Bartlett, Janet Fish, Chuck Close, Andy Warhol, Chris Van Allsburg, and many more.

In fact, it is more than just a museum. It is a great venue for various events not just for arts, but also for its other forms like music and cinema. Many educators frequent the attraction as well due to the seminars held inside the museum. Anyone is even welcome to contribute their own art.
