Although, the Quechee Gorge only measures a mile long, it is still believed to be the Vermont state?s tiny version of the Grand Canyon, in terms of beauty. Located inside the Quechee State Park, visitors can access the bridge that is 165 feet above the river to get a better view of the scenery.

Quechee Gorge is Vermont?s deepest gorge. It used to be a part of a mill that used the water from the falls and mill pond for electric power. The park itself was only established in 1962, right after the mill transferred to New Hampshire.

Aside from the stunning body of water, visitors can also find tons of other activities to do on their trip to the Quechee Gorge. People can also check out the park and the village nearby.
