Rokeby Museum unveils the enthralling history of Vermont through its two-hundred-year old fully furnished family home, which also includes eight outbuildings located all over the ninety-acre area.

In the past, Rokeby had been one of Champlain Valley?s most thriving farms in the mid 1800?s. Many of the original features of Rokeby had still been maintained or restored, including the pastures, wells, hayfields, and even an amazing sheep dip.

Rokeby Museum Vermont was registered as a National Historic Landmark in 1997. It also offers hiking trails that cross over fifty acres of past and present farmland as well as taking you through the historic and beautiful orchards of Rokeby. You have the option of exploring on your own or challenging yourself with the How a Farm Becomes a Forest self-guided hike.
