Originally built in Pendlebury, Lancashire, England in the 15th century, the Agecroft Hall now stands by the James River in Richmond, Virginia. It was won by a Richmond resident in an auction in 1925, and was dismantled and shipped to the US by Thomas Williams, Jr. Today, this Tudor-style estate is a part of the Windsor Farms.

Visitors of Agecroft Hall can bask in the history and art of the older centuries with the couple of century old displays like the 1566 portrait of the original owner William Dauntesey, and a 17th century bed. It also has a lavish garden, complete with exotic plants, to better recreate its luxurious state, like what it had once, back in England.

Agecroft Hall is open year-round and charges a small admission fee to guests.
