The Quartermaster Museum is striving to preserve the history and heritage of the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps which is the Army?s oldest logistic branch since 1957. You will get to learn about America?s secret weapon that keeps soldiers supplied with food, water, clothing, fuel, shelter and other items that soldiers can?t live without since from the Revolution to the Persian Gulf.

You will see how the Quartermaster Corps sustained American soldiers since 1775 in the Quartermaster Museum. Visitors will get to learn how the U.S. Army lived and were fed throughout our country?s history, how to make a quick breakfast for over 100 soldiers, why George Washington called the Quartermaster Corps the department on which all the operations of an army essentially depend and many more.

The Army quartermaster Museum also exhibits centuries of swords, Bayonets and Bolos which shows the diverse evolution of blades used by the American and British Armies back in the 18th century. The museum is open to the public from Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and on weekends from 11am to 5pm, and of course admission is free.
