One of East Coast?s most exciting, innovative and educational children?s museum is the Children?s Museum of Richmond. It is located at the independent city of Richmond in the state of Virginia.

Established in 1977, the museum has been consistently nurturing the growth and development of the children?s minds through interactive learning, play spaces, exhibits, and other educational activities. Children can engage in the museum?s myriad of fun and educational activities, such as the Shadow Play, CMOR Playhouse, and the Backyard. The museum?s other highlights include the Little Farm, a specialized area for children age 3 and below,; Town Square, an area for imagination-building with setups such as bank and hospital; and the Art Studio, a creative space for children.
