The Kreeger Museum is a private and non-profit art museum that used to be the residence of David and Carmen Kreeger. It stands on 5 and a half acres of property of gardens filled with sculpture and tranquil woods. The property was designed by famous architect Philip Johnson. Today, it stands as one of the few examples of his works in the area.

The Kreeger Museum highlights the 19th and 20th century paintings, which can be seen through the works of Monet, Picasso, Renoir, C?zanne, Mir?, and Stella. The Museum also features some Washington artists as well as fine examples of traditional African and Asian art.

The Museum hosts programs like lectures an discussions, children?s activities, special events, concerts, and many more.
