The Seafair is held all summer of Seattle. It is celebrated for the entire month and region wide barbecue events gather together a large community to celebrate. It has been celebrated for more than 58 years now and is known to be the biggest festival in the northwestern part of the country. It also serves as host to a variety of events from the milk carton derby and even triathlons right near Lake Washington.

Other events and activities included during the Seafair are parades, beauty pageants, amateur sports, boat races and even an air show.
