Generally, the Walker Rock Garden is the backyard of Milton Walker, a former Boeing employee who took on building rock sculptures as a hobby. He started it in the 1950s, as soon as his youngest son got in the military. He built the sculptures while his wife tended the plants and made the garden bloom.

The Walker Rock Garden is in West Seattle. It is usually open to the public during summers and Mothers? and Fathers? days. A visit in the area could be surprising, especially since the house is pretty modest upfront, but the backyard is really something special. Sights included on site are pergolas, fountains, and an 18-foot tower made of colored stones just to name a few.
