Featuring a historic Tudor Revival mansion and its magnificent gardens, the Paine Art Center is one great stop for tourists in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. It is filled with art galleries with an outdoor botanical garden, making the place quite a haven for folks who are looking for something entertaining and pleasing at the same time.

The Paine Art Center and Gardens used to be the estate of Nathan Paine, a lumber baron, and his family. The house was finished in 1947, and was opened to the public a year after. It has never been an actual residence of the Paines.

Today, visitors can tour the Paine Art Center and Gardens from Tuesdays to Sundays all year round. It features a wide array of different items, mostly art related.
