Built in the 1980s by owner Jerry Kinkade, the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast used to be an actual ranch that raised sheep and cattle. It was designed by the owner himself, giving it a traditional western style, inside and out.

When visiting the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast, people can actually opt for how western their stay could be. Some rooms are equipped with queen sized wagon beds, while others may have regular ones, but within rooms that are filled with collectibles and artworks reminiscent related to the overall theme. Themed rooms like the 1896 wagon room and the family tent also attract patrons into staying here.
