Although the Sinks Canyon State Park is not the most popular park in the state, that certainly doesn?t mean it hasn?t anything to offer. At present, the small but charming park has 29 camping sites available and which are capable of accommodating RVs of certain length Drinking water and modern restrooms are available for campers. Day visitors, on the other hand, may find use of the park?s picnic area and its lone group picnic shelter. There?s also a playground and a visitor center. Outdoor activities that people can enjoy at the site include hiking, wildlife viewing, and rock climbing. Visitors who stay for some time at the park are sure to catch more than a few glimpses of wild animals such as black bears, mule deer, porcupines, golden eagles, moose, and bighorn sheep.

For those interested in a more educational tour, the Sinks Canyon State Park also has a number of interesting historical features.
