The Woodchopper?s Jamboree & Rodeo is a yearly event that?s been being celebrated for more than 48 years now. There are chips that fly high for the weekend of Father?s day with loggers coming from all over the US to join the competition and winning the title of the Champion Lumberjack of Rocky Mountains.

You can get to see lots of power saws, a few axes and several hand saws as individuals whether male or female cut trees. They also get to chop logs and even saw some squared blocks of wood into half. It is timed and the winner is the one who gets to finish the fastest. There are also cowboys that ride several bulls along with all the drama involved in the event.
