The Emanuel AME Church is a historic church in Mobile, Alabama. It is also known as the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, which has always served the African American population in the Episcopalian faith in the city.

The Emanuel AME Church is noted for its participation in the community. Being a black church, it has helped the African Americans with their growth and development in the area. The building itself is also noted for its architectural value, as it has been the most superior structure, architecture-wise, in the area during the late 1800s. It was excellently designed and built that it was comparable and even surpassed white churches in the city.

The Emanuel AME Church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
