The Scottsboro-Jackson Heritage Center is a museum in Scottsboro, Alabama. It is actually composed of three buildings, the 1880 Brown-Proctor House, the ?Sagetown? pioneer village, and the 1868 Jackson County Courthouse.

The Scottsboro-Jackson Heritage Center features a great amount of information about the locale. It is best noted, however, for its generous genealogical research, where genealogists and interested parties could trace certain blood lines back to over a century ago. They also hold occasional exhibits and special events like musical and theatrical performances and heritage festovals.

The Scottsboro-Jackson Heritage Center is open every weekdays, Mondays through Fridays from 11 am to 4 pm. Group tours are recommended to set an appointment in advance by contacting the management through phone or email.
