The American Bald Eagle Foundation Museum enables its visitors to widen their knowledge and understanding on the nature of the American bald eagles. The Museum displays a unique wildlife diorama that represents the Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve.
The American Bald Eagle Foundation is a non-profit and educational foundation that is dedicated to protecting and preserving the bald eagle habitat through educational and research activities. It shares to the people knowledge about the species in order to fulfil its cause.
Extending its role as a foundation, it has achieved the promotion of education and appreciation for the eagles. More than 500,000 visitors to the natural history museum of the foundation have already learned about the complexity of the "Box of Life.? Through the Museum tours, visitors are able to get an interesting, fulfilling, and educational experience as they become enlightened on how the bald eagle, together with the other creatures in its habitat and environment, put their lives in balance.
The Museum has been recognized as a world class facility that boasts of more than*200 specimens that represent 48,000 acres of natural property.
