The Tuzzy Consortium Library can be found in the city of Barrow in the state of Alaska. It offers a wide variety of library services to the general public and serves also as the academic library for the Ilisagvik College. It was named after Evelyn Tuzroyluk Higbee from Point Hope who was a former member of the Board of Higher Education for the said college. Now, the library is specifically located in the facility of the Inupiat Heritage Center.
The many resources that can be found in the library include the videotapes, several audio tapes, books, newspapers, CR-ROM collections, and other documents under the state, local and federal level. They also hold very special collection that give emphasis on the polar regions of Alaska and the northern slope. This is also along with the culture, language and entire history of the place. It also renders various terminals for public access to their library catalog along with other databases that based on CD-ROM. There are also other services rendered in the library that come with a fee like fax and copying.
