The Bella Vista Library is situated right in the eastern part of the center of town. It is open during Monday to Saturday, except for Sundays, Fridays, and other special occasions. They are filled with numerous events all year round perfect for kids, adults and teens alike. They have a lot of book clubs to choose to join in, but majority of these are made perfect for the little kids. For the adults, they feature clubs and reading events that tackle more sensitive topics such as philosophy and theology.

They hold a regular yearly gathering for book clubs that they sponsor. They invite everyone to share and take part of this memorable event that they are consistent in organizing on an annual basis. There are book titles that they recommend for reading that would be read and shared together by those who would attend. They also offer other services like interlibrary loan along with internet services and copying, fax and printing for the convenience of researching purposes of any individual who would come drop by.
