The Jefferson Davis Memorial Historic Site is a state park and historic site in Fitzgerald, Georgia. It marks and preserves the site where the Confederate President Jefferson Davis was captured by Union soldiers.

Originally a wooded area, the Jefferson Davis Memorial Historic Site became a noted site in May 9, 1865 when the Confederate President Jefferson Davis and his remaining men decided to set up camp in the area while on their way to unite rebel forces to continue the fight that has already been lost. The group has been ambushed, albeit unknowingly by the ambushing party, by two Union cavalry groups. After the skirmish, Davis was taken prisoner.

Today, the Jefferson Davis Memorial Historic Site has a monument marking the spot where Davis was arrested.
