The Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Gardens is a historic site and popular tourist attraction in Winter Park, Florida. It is also known as the Albin Polasek House and Studio or The Polasek.
The Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Gardens is the former retirement home of the famous Czech-American sculptor and educator, Albin Polasek. The site contains his old home, galleries, studio, chapel, and surrounding gardens, which is made up of a butterfly garden, water gardens, and several other specialty gardens. It features about half of the more than 400 works that the artist did all throughout his lifetime. There are also other works on the site, including sculpture by Charles Grafly and Ruth Sherwood.
For a small amount, you can access the Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Gardens on Tuesdays through Sundays.
