The Gamble Place is a historic site and district in Port Orange, Florida. It is under the management of the Museum of Arts and Sciences located in Daytona Beach.
The Gamble Place is a noted historic location for once being the rural retreat of James N. Gamble of the Procter and Gamble Company. Gamble has always been a winter resident of Daytona Beach, but in 1898, he decided to own another home on Spruce Creek. He built a small cottage in 1907 and named it Egwanulti. The property was passed on to his children and in 1938, his son-in-law built the ?Snow White House?, which is fashioned after the Disney classic film.
Today, the Gamble Place is a restored site that is open to the public as a park. It features three historic house museums, nature trails, and five different ecosystems.
