The Historic Spanish Point is a museum and environmental complex in Osprey, Florida. It offers a wide range of attractions and activities that is designed to be both informative and entertaining at the same time. It is also noted for being the first property to be listed in the National Register of Historic Places that is located in Sarasota County.

The Historic Spanish Point is composed of 30 acres of land area, filled with historic structures and natural areas. It has an archaeological exhibit of a ?midden?, also known as a prehistoric shell mound. It also has a turn of the century pioneer homestead, a chapel, boatyard, historic house museum and a citrus packing house. The complex?s grounds are also accentuated with gardens and nature trails.
