There are several types of tours that visitors may enjoy at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum. Climbing tours are available for those who want to fully explore the 1860 lighthouse, which is listed as a historic landmark. In the site?s waterfront museum, which is housed in a beautifully restored building built during WWII, visitors may enjoy exhibits focused on the state?s history and outdoor elements. Also found inside the building are the Tindall Pioneer Homestead and a gift shop for souvenir shopping.

The museum is under the management of the Loxahatchee River Historical Society and welcomes visitors who wish to book the venue for weddings and other such events. Sunset tours are also offered and lectures are regularly held at the museum.
