As a natural and environmental history museum, the Tree Hill Nature Center is dedicated to increasing environmental awareness through environmental exposure programs.
The Tree Hill Nature Center is located just 5 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and is easily accessible. The Local community uses the nature center as a environmental getaway and recreation area with its over 50 acres of trails, exhibits, gardens, and animal enclosures.
Tree Hill Nature center also offers students and teachers a chance to attend field study classes in forest ecology, biodiversity, and a variety of other topics relevant to the environment.
