Anyone hooked on the new reality show Flying Wild. Those pilots are crazy. Seeing a cesna crabbig 45 degrees in 50 mph headwind wow! I cannot wait to see it next week.

Ya its a cool show, I just wish it was more realistic, and not trying so hard to make drama for no reason.

If someone likes Flying Wild Alaska, they will really like Alaskan Wingmen on the National Geographic channel. It is a good blend of documentary and reality type programming. None of the DEADLY, DIE, DEATH overblown drama that Tom Beers is so well known for. I think it is only 3 episodes though.

Compared to the other History Channel soap opera based reality shows I think that Flying Wild Alaska is exceptional. It is infinitely better than AxeDudes or Ice Road Truckers. The History channel has gone down a very steep hill over the last few years.

They all are getting worse & worse. Fox began it with their emphasis
on hyped car chases, lost girls and making every weather event the
worst of the century. WTF does "Cash Cab" have to do with the
Discovery Channel?

This is true. I remember the Discovery Channel in its infancy when shows like Nova were actually promoting the learning of new knowledge. Not any more, it seems.

Could explain why I haven't watched any TV at all in the last few years.
