WE own a four plex and have tennants, so not able to heat with wood. We heated with wood for the first 25 yrs of marriage and I hurt my back wife said no more wood stove she was not cutting wood. So figure we don't heat with wood any more. We have propane back up but puts out a lot less than the boiler keeps every thing warm at least not freezing.
