Allergy Sufferers in New Mexico

I have alergies I grew up in New York State and there they were terrible. Here it is an off and on thing for me. I think this would effect each person differantly depending on just what you are alergic to.

It varies tremendously and is hard to determine exactly what you're reacting to. Allergies that were bad in PA appeared gone my first year on the West coast. By the 2nd year my body had formed a few opinions about local spores & pollen.
Here in OR grass which we grow to sell as seed & sod is very bad. Shortly the hops will be flowering and that's even worse.
Try a weeks vacation in a desert area and see if it helps you.

I had really bad allergies growing up in the Alps and for around 30 years after we moved to Montreal, but for the last 15 or so years they seem to all have gone away on their own

I never really took any pills for allergies. I just used nasal spray and visine when it got intense.

Cottonwoods still make my eyes itch though.

Tried both. The shots were useless. A Dr. in Oregon told me my PA allergist used testing levels that would make anyone highly allergic. I have severe allergies but I just take over the counter meds.
