Not sure of a site for all AZ but the site for the Parker 400 off road race is a good place to start looking.

Theres El oso trails thats cuts over the mtn near 4 peaks & can take az88 back.. makes a nice loop

Pantano Wash

Anyone else ever try the Pantano Wash in Tucson? It's amazing (when it's dry). You can go for miles and the surface changes from sand, to gravel to pasture, etc. Some of the things that are great about it are scenery, driveabililty and how it winds through town at times. You can go from a completely rural scenery complete with high cliffs on both sides to a wide open wash cutting through Vail or Tucson.
