I didn't even know USA was still a channel. I guess my cable provider stopped carrying them.

High Anxiety

Anything by Mel Brooks has merit. One of his movies that did not get a lot of play was High Anxiety - classic mel brooks. He also wrote for the original Get Smart series - hence the reason Chaos was a bunch of failed nazis.

I didn't know Mel Brooks had anything to do with Get Smart. I loved that show as a kid. The remake, not so much.

The Get Smart series withstands the test of time - the humor is still relevant and as a series generally beats the pants off many of the 'sit coms' on tv today.

Agreed, same with F-Troop. Although I haven't seen F-Troop in a while.

Forgot all about F-Troop - also a winner along with Hogan's Heroes - and although I think the show was weak, who could forget about Barbara Eden in I dream of Genie

I saw Blazing Saddles with a bunch of friends when I was in high school. It had just been released and we went to the movie theater to see it. It was OUTRAGEOUSLY funny. I love Gene Wilder and Cleavon Little together in that movie. It couldn't have been casted any better.
