Reading Lolita in Tehran

by Azar Nafisi

just finished this book a few minutes ago. I enjoyed every minute of it and am kinda sad that it is over. It's about these university students in Iran... women, that ended up having their own reading group because the founder of the reading group, who was a former professor got expelled for refusing to wear her veil to work.

The writing was beautiful... it went through a good bit of history and is based on a true story but it defiantly reads like a novel, with beautiful writing.

Sounds interesting. Any more you can say about it?
