They had something on the radio this morning that said pretty much all economists agree that a stadium would not bring any additional revenue to the city, only to the owner and players.

Mr. Blank is a billionaire, let him do like Jerry Jones and pay to build a new stadium himself because the state is broke!

Yeah, pay for with all the piles of cash the city/state have laying around. How about this, institute a $10/seat/event tax at the GA Dome to pay for it. No bonds. Save up first. See if Blank likes that.
