Good neighborhood to open a Nano Brewery

What Austin neighborhood do you think would most likely embrace a nano-brewery concept.
1-2 bbl's a week or maybe two. This a very low production home brewery that is licensed by TABC and inspected by TSDH. My brewclub is itching at the opportunity to try this.

I'm looking to purchase a home soon and want to find the appropriate neighborhood. I'm not made of money though so Tarrytown and westlake are out of the question

Northwest Austin, Anderson Mill area. LOTS of beer drinkers up here and for local brewed beer we have to drive to Draughthouse (or NXNW but not a huge fan)

Mind if I ask what club?

btW..it was my understanding you could not live in the same building as the brewery

Any suburb/neighborhood that is underserved in the way of good beer or bars that carry it.

Also, since this is Texas, and as a production brewery you can't sell on premise (have to be a brewpub), location wouldn't have as much of an impact since you would be selling to bars/restaurants.

If you're looking to deliver to only immediate local restaurants/bars, then I would look for areas that have establishments that are open to good beer, and not just crappy BMC joints.
