Hard Tails Bar & Grill

So if anyones in the Georgetown area there's a cool bar on the north side of Georgetown. It's called Hard Tails Bar & Grill. It's just beside a very cool motorcycle shop, the decor is great, and they have a fan in there that looks like the prop off an airplane. The company "BIG ASS FANS" created the fan and has since gone out of business. It's cool to see....

There are "Big Ass Fans" in most Wal-Mart garden departments. They really move the air; it's like a Huey is hovering above you. Sorry to hear they went bust.

My Father lives a couple of miles north of it. Last time I drove by it, I was surprised to see so many people there.

Georgetown does that though. They get a new restaurant, go there for the first couple of weeks, then abandon it. I have seen a lot of good restaurants just not be able to cope with Gtown.

Hard Tails has been around for a year or 2 at this point.

Pretty smart business plan. The owners of the custom motorcycle shop built the place and I'm betting they did it themselves with no loans because it took probably a year plus of slooow progress to complete. They have an outomatic market in the bikers that frequent the shop. We were going to go to the vallejo show opening their outdoor stage in the spring but the crowd was so big we said the heck with it

I frequent Hard Tail's, and I like when they hold poker tournaments. Its a pretty nice atmosphere if you have a few friends with you.
