Using Wine Kits
Hey Folks,
I'm using two wine kits for the first time. One is a white wine, and the other is a sparkling white.
Both are in secondary fermentation and are due to be checked and possibly bottled while I will be away on a week long vacation.
Is there any problem with letting them sit for an extra week at the end of secondary fermentation, or should I find someone to wine-sit for me?
