Oil on the plugs is likely worn or broken rings, but could be valve seals to.
A blown head gasket will put oil in the coolant, or coolant in the oil, or both.
What was the compression like?
Not only should all 4 read in the normal range, but be fairly close to even as well.
If its just a head gasket thats an easy fix, so long as the block and head are not warped.
May as well change the timing belt and water pump while its apart, a they are prone to failure, but easy to do if removing the head.

no coolant. so my head gasket is fine. but to get to the o-rings, the head has to be opened- and then resealed. ive rebuilt two engine from blow head gaskets, both were fox body mustangs. maybe if this wasnt an accord, id be interested. BUT since it is just a honda, to hell with it. its far too much work for no return.
i noticed a problem when i fouled out my third spark plug. (not my third inserted spark plug. spark #3) i changed my plugs and wires because i bought the car used and who knows when they were changed last. i pulled #3 and it was dripping with oil. since i had nothing to fix this issue right away, i put the new ones in and finished the job. along with an oil change. two days later, it fouled again. i know its just going to keep doing it until its fixed. i didnt check compression, although i should when i get home today.
my toyota would NEVER have done this to me. she loves me too much. stupid honda. i believe its time to sell her...
