HI! 75,000 people and the hub of Central Oregon. Resort and Home to Many. We need our own Forum please. Portland isn't the only city of note, and there are more but I'm casting a vote for the one I live in! Oooh the threads we could have, Mt. Bachelor, the breweries, the various outdoor activities.. boating, rafting, canoeing, fishing, hiking, the caves, the parks, the rec centers, the clubs and such. oh yeah. JOIN ME IN MY REQUEST Vote Bend for next new Oregon city forum!

Yes, Bend deserves it own forum. Lots to offer for outdoor recreation a real nice city and lots of good places to eat and drink.

I'd say it's a buyers market.. honestly I don't know very much about it, but I'd say now is the time to buy. Either the economy improves and you got a house for cheap vs increased value, or the world collapses and you have a nice place to stay during the new dark ages / zombie Apocalypse.
