Renting a vacation home in Sunriver - Bend, Oregon

Does anyone know how old you have to be to rent a vacation home in Sunriver? I am 19 and have a lease on a property in Eugene where I go to UO. I figure if i can sign a lease on a house here I could rent a vacation property..

Anyone know if there is a law to this? (kind of like must be 25 to rent a car)

You might call that last place and see if they can make an exception or might know who would rent to you. Good luck dude. Oh and don't forger you are dealing with upper crust style people. Your projected personality may make quite a difference.
