Looking for a good veal butcher - please...

Can't seem to find any place that does custom cuts of veal anymore. Everything I find, even at what are reputable butcher shops, seems to be pre-packaged cuts of veal that are cryopacked or vac-packed in generic cuts. Specifically, I'm looking for veal shoulder (same cut as a pork shoulder) and all I find are useless boneless cut.

Any help finding a butcher that still does this would be a great help. Thanks!
